This site (silverpage.ai) and the Silverpage AI guides, courses, and materials are provided by Silverpage AI (trading as "Silverpage AI"), based in Singapore ("we", "us"). By using this site or joining our list, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Contact: hello@silverpage.ai.
"Materials" means our guides, cheat sheets, courses, templates, prompts, videos, and related content. "You" means the visitor, subscriber, or customer.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this site or buy our Materials.
Joining our early list means you ask to be notified about our Materials and to receive the early-access offer. It is not a purchase and collects no payment.
Prices shown are our current intended prices and may change. Any "founder" or promotional price is offered at our discretion and for a limited time. Timing, availability, and the final form of any Material are not guaranteed.
When paid Materials are available, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; you agree to their terms as well. We intend to offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if a Material isn't right for you, email hello@silverpage.ai within 14 days of purchase with your order details for a full refund. Faulty Materials we can't promptly fix are fully refundable. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST/VAT) may be added at checkout depending on your location.
On purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own purposes. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or republish them, in whole or in part.
All Materials — text, PDFs, prompts, designs, graphics, and video — are owned by Silverpage AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright. "Silverpage AI" and related branding are our marks. Third-party tools and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
You agree not to misuse the site or Materials, including by copying or reselling them, attempting to bypass payment, scraping, introducing malicious code, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
Our Materials are educational resources on using general, publicly available AI tools. They are not financial, mortgage, insurance, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result, income, or outcome. You are responsible for following your own licensing, regulatory (e.g. RESPA/TILA, state insurance and advertising rules where applicable), employer, and data-privacy obligations, and for how you use any AI tool — including never entering clients' confidential information into public AI tools.
Our Materials reference third-party AI tools and may link to third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, terms, pricing, or availability, which can change.
The site and Materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a Material is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or Materials or your breach of these Terms.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
