The short version: We collect your email and your quiz answers so we can send you your guide and tailor it to you. We use basic analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand and improve our ads. We don't sell your data. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data anytime.

1. Who we are

This site (silverpage.ai) and the Silverpage AI guides are operated by Silverpage AI (trading as "Silverpage AI"), based in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"). For any privacy question, contact hello@silverpage.ai.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your email address, your answers to our quiz (e.g. your role, experience level, goals, preferences) and any free-text you submit.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you use the site — collected through cookies and similar technologies and our analytics provider.
Advertising data: events from the Meta Pixel (e.g. page views, sign-ups) used to measure and improve our advertising.

3. How and why we use it

To send you the guide, your personalized plan, and related offers you signed up for.
To personalize what we send based on your answers.
To measure, run, and improve our advertising and the website (including retargeting visitors with our ads).
To operate, secure, and improve our service, and to comply with the law.

Our legal bases are your consent (which you give via the sign-up form) and our legitimate interests in running and improving the business. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic analytics and for the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement and retargeting). You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads via your Meta ad settings. Where required, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only so they can provide their service to us:

Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
Kit (email) — storing your email and sending you messages.
Meta — advertising measurement and retargeting (via the Pixel).
Analytics provider — understanding site usage.

We may also disclose data if required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside Singapore (e.g. in the United States), so your data may be processed overseas. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected to a comparable standard, as required by the PDPA.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your email and answers until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, after which we remove them from our active systems within a reasonable period.

8. Your rights

Under Singapore's PDPA, you may request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. If you are in the UK/EU, you also have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. 9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

10. Children

Silverpage AI is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Marketing emails

We email you only because you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly (consistent with the PDPA and CAN-SPAM).

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
